Our Products
Each griefPet — including griefPuppy and griefKitty — is a handmade comfort companion (a "griefKit") created to help people through the loss of a beloved pet. Because our companions are lovingly made to order, slight variations in appearance are normal and are part of each piece's handmade character.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Payment is handled securely through our payment provider; griefPets does not store your full card details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping rates shown at checkout are calculated in real time. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. griefPets is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Because every griefPet is a handmade, made-to-order keepsake, we are unable to accept returns of used or opened items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at
Intellectual Property
The griefPets name, logo, product designs, photographs, and Site content are the property of griefPets and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are comfort keepsakes and are not medical or therapeutic devices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, griefPets' total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Privacy
Information you provide at checkout is used solely to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
